For over twenty years, the Laboratory of Architecture and Communication Fratagnoli operates as a Technical Studio in the territory of Asciano and the Crete Senesi. There are many areas of action, from the renovation and new buildings, up to restoration, both for civil and industrial plants. The studio also specializes in bioclimatic architecture, a particular type of construction that uses natural elements to create efficient buildings that and as self-sufficient as possible from the thermal point of view.

Finally, its professionals are also available for photographic surveys, 3D modeling, energy certification, estimates and advice. A world of possibilities that revolves around a single center: responding to the needs of the customer and knowing how to meet them.
