From typical sweets to the most modern cakes, from tradition to cake design. The Garbata, in Asciano, is pastry and ice cream craft where you can take a sweet and tasty break. The restaurant is located inside the historic Palazzo Tolomei, in Via Bartolenga, a structure dating to 1400, where history, tradition and modernity meet.

Depending on the period, La Garbata makes sweets typical of the different festivities, but also savory products – such as stuffed croissants – birthday cakes and personalized ceremony. Finally, ice cream, made with only fresh ingredients and different flavors to please everyone’s palates. Closed on Mondays.
