In Arbia, not far from Siena and at the entrance of the Crete Senesi, there is Piccola Oasi. The restaurant boasts an important record: it was the first in Italy to offer a gluten-free menu and even today, its focus on the choice of ingredients remains, offering, on request, lactose-free dishes, yeast, sugar and egg. The raw materials are sought after and zero kilometers, while homemade pasta and bread complete a menu that aims at quality. Piccola Oasi is also known for its pizza made with special flours, from the whole Buckwheat to Sorghum. Full menu on the restaurant website.
